About Us
At Hooligan, we focus on creating hair solutions for SFX makeups. Our goal is to bridge the gap between high quality film-grade hairpieces and affordable rates. We aspired to offer creative hair solutions that come fully cut and styled that dramatically cut down on artists application time. All of our pieces are require minimal hair knowledge to use and are built to last.
We are a woman owned and operated company established in 2020. We operate out of Burbank, California but our hairpieces have reached Japan, Dubai, Canada, and more. We are excited to see our company to continue to grow in the years to come
